About Us

The Lions Club of Rock Springs was established in the 1920's in Rock Springs, Wyoming. Before there was a Chamber of Commerce, the Lions Club performed the tasks of organizing civic vents and helping the needy in the community. In the 1980's, the White Mountain Lions Club formed and continued the tradition of helping the less fortunate in the area. In 2010 the two clubs merged, retaining the name of The White Mountain Lions Club. The club continues to assist those with vision issues, provides annual scholarships and supports the local food bank. The White Mountain Lions Fun Train is a familiar sight at area events. The Club meets September through May at the Santa Fe Southwest Grill on the second and fourth Tuesday's of each month.
