Need a way to heat things up this winter season?  Look no further!  Upstage Theater is launching a fun, high energy heels/movement class!  Perfect for beginners, intermediate-advance.  Pull out your club shoes, because it's their time to shine!  Learn safety, stretching, form, walking, floor work and sexy choreography & combinations. Stay ahead of the winter blues beause this is an opportunity to engage in physical activity, explore your sensuality and make new friends while doing it!  This is by reservation!  Heels must be no taller thab 3-4" for beginners.  Must be 18+
